LAST TRAIN TO FORTUNE is the story of CECIL PEACHTREE, a British school teacher who misses the last train to the town of Fortune, where he’s been hired as headmaster, and DOOLEY, a gunslinger who holds CECIL up on the desolate train platform. Desperate, CECIL convinces DOOLY to take him on the two day journey across the Old West, in exchange for the teacher’s salary. Finding a common humanity is at the heart of the story, and after their harrowing adventures, CECIL and DOOLEY form an unbreakable bond.
